Alison handled both the rehearsal dinner menu at Minturn Cellars and our wedding reception at the family ranch and I was nervous that we were asking too much of her- two events in two days!!!  Not only did Alison pull off both with flying colors, the guests couldnt stop remarking about how incredible the food was.  In fact, now when people talk about our wedding, they dont remember the ceremony or the band, all they talk about is the food!  Alison was also such a pleasure to work with and went beyond the call of duty ensuring that all aspects of the events were running smoothly.  I will never forget it.  Thank you Alison!

ALISON, WE WOULD JUST LIKE TO EXTEND OUR SINCERE THANKS TO YOU, BILL, AND KIM FOR THE EXCELLENT PREPARATIONS, PRESENTATIONS, AND EPICUREAN DELIGHTS THAT WE ENJOYED LAST WEEK IN MINTURN (AND SOMEWHERE NORTH OF LEADVILLE).  IT WAS AMAZING WHAT THE THREE OF YOU DID WITH LIMITED WORK SPACE AND MOST OF US IN THE WAY BEFORE IT WAS TIME TO GATHER AROUND.   IT WAS ALSO NICE TO HAVE HEATERS IN THE TENTS AFTER THE SLEIGH RIDE SO WE COULD REALLY ENJOY THE EXCELLENT BARBECUE.  I HOPE THAT THIS HOLIDAY SEASON IS YOUR BEST YET, AND FOLLOWING A WELL DESERVED BREAK, THAT THE REST OF 2006 WILL BE MOST PROSPEROUS AND REWARDING.

Dear Alison,
Now that the excitement from the wedding is waning, I felt I wanted to thank you again for your effort. Your work was exceptional. From the flowers, to the food, to the lovely staff you hired.
Everything flowed like clockwork, which added to the casual, yet elegant atmosphere. I wish I knew I could trust you and your ideas, I would have had a more relaxing summer.

Hi Alison!
We just wanted to thank you for making our Christmas dinner so memorable. It was such a blessing to be able to relax all day and enjoy such a phenomenal meal! Everything was delicious--especially the sausage stuffing, a crowd favorite. Also, the pumpkin cupcakes were fought over :) I can't believe we only ordered 6! We may need to get some more before our trip is over. My 2 year old scarfed one down this morning all by himself! Your assistant was incredibly helpful and he did "outdo himself" on that cupcake icing.
We hope you are relaxing today after a job well done yesterday--we heard you had 3 parties!! We just wanted to thank you and let you know how much your hard work was enjoyed. We are still loving the leftovers.
